We learned about how we can choose healthier eating habits: between macro nutrients and micro nutrients. The girls also got a chance to review the food pyramid while trying and sharing their favorite snacks.

We also learned how to read labels on a food packaging and choose between snacks. Raphaelle encouraged the girls to try and make healthier delicious cookies and granola bars at home.
