I live in Santiago Pérez, a small town in the Municipality of Ataco in Tolima; where it has finally existed for a long time; it is also calm and pleasant; However, I currently live alone in a house that has two rooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. It is located in front of the central park and next to a supermarket.

Paragraph 3 description of your routine
My daily schedule is to get up at 6 in the morning; after that I pray, shower and also get organized. Then breakfast with fruit, cereal and juice to start the day with the best energy. Then I go to my work walking; on the other hand, at noon I prepare my lunch, some grains, vegetables, meat, rice and juice. I usually have lunch between 1:20 p.m. and 1:35 p.m. and finally leave work at 5:00 p.m. At home I do some housework; then, I have dinner at 7:00 p.m. with some fruit or juice. After that, I do my University work and go to bed at 23:00. Lo que logre aprender en el desarrollo de esta actividad, fue las habilidades comunicativas de escritura, escucha y comprensión lectora, es de gran importancia el aprendizaje y conocimiento que logre en esta actividad porque a pesar de ya tener algo de idea sobre esta materia aun falta mucho por entender, comprender y aprender, este aprendizaje adquirido es fundamental a nivel personal y profesional, porque de manera personal adquiero más conocimiento sobre esta materia y a nivel profesional me va a ayudar a llevar un buen desempeño en mi carrera.

In the town I live there are no tourist places; because it is a lonely place and local development has not been achieved, however, horseback riding and motorcycle races are held as entertainment for the inhabitants of the area, it is a quiet and pleasant place to live.

On the other hand, the typical food of my town is tamale and suckling pig, these dishes are prepared with rice, peas, chicken, egg, potato, carrot, and pork. They are regularly eaten for special dates like San Pedro and December. , because at this time is where it is shared with the family, and finally with friends, doing activities such as going for a walk to the river

De acuerdo a lo solicitado en la guía, estudie y realice las prácticas del contenido del e-Book, también participe en el foro, pero de igual manera no di cumplimiento total porque me falto subir el link del audio y video a tiempo. Dando cumplimiento en término medio a este punto solicitado en la guía, por motivos de cambios en lo laboral, una calamidad familiar no dedique el tiempo necesario y suficiente para poder realizar una buena presentación del audio y video, al momento de expresarme oralmente en ingles me siento insegura por que es un proceso nuevo para mí en esta materia y se me dificulta mucho poder hablar este idioma, pero la motivación es seguir aprendiendo cada día con esfuerzo y dedicación. Este aprendizaje aporta de manera muy positiva a mi vida ya que seria un logro personal en beneficio de la carrera que estoy estudiando y también de manera profesional porque es una ventaja en mi carrera ya que se pueden dar oportunidades fuera del pais.
