Today through communication, I am better able to communicate with my teammates. Although we only met for less than 24 hrs, but our sense of responsibility n commitment in getting the job done was in sync, hence through communication, we managed to share our idea with each other and come up with a group name. 

-what went well tdy?

The bonding between the team went pretty well today. The game such as coming up with the group name and the caterpillar game as well as the broken telephone brought my teammates closer as we had to work together in order to succeed.

-what could be done better?

Personally, I think the game such as the caterpillar and the Mable game can be improve. Instead of placing the legs onto one another, we can help them place their hand in each other shouldn't , as people were injured through this game and the game was really played in the right way such that our butts should be off the ground. The marble game, I think if we were to play in earlier, would be better as it was hard to see the ball clearly.

- Secondly I have learn trust through paintball. During paintball, the people who will defuse the "bomb" would most likely to sacrifice themselves hence, while the people is running toward the bomb, he/she placed trust in their teammates and believe that they will distract the enemy while he is running toward the bomb.

- Lastly I learn to be positive through rafting and to believe that with the amount and type of material given, as long as we put our ideas together we will be able to build a raft no matter what.

2. I like the rafting as well as the paintball. As we were able to communicate more and work together as a team.

3. I think during the paintball if we could communicate more instead of running up without as one noticing would be better, as there will be someone who can "cover" you while you were going to defuse the bomb.

•Interpersonal Interaction

Personally today I feel that this Leadership Competencies is very important role,because being in a new environment with new people we don't know,hence it's very important to have interpersonal interaction with other team members get to know each other more. With this acquaintance friendship it's very important key role that keeps us working with each other for the following days.

•Communication 

For communication wise,it links to the Leadership Competencies,Interpersonal Interaction. In leadership terms we must always communicate first before knowing each other! So this becomes a test for most leaders or people,reason being they have to step out of their comfort zone to interact and communicate. With good Communication skills we can better understand each other reducing agreements within the group.

2)What went well today?

•What went well today was that our team, team 4, was able to plan a amazing flag design to describe our team! With this team name it really encourages us a lot cause we called ourselves 4 pointers which we will try our best to score the best. Today we got first overall which I Guess so but it doesn't matter if we did the most important thing is how we got there as a team how we help each other to reach that point, which I believe we all learn some Leadership Competencies there.The games like caterpillars games was the hardest but yet extremely fun and we all made it through 

3)What could have been done better

•What could have done better was the games such as the Caterpillar game and the night game at the rock climbing area that require us to jump.This two games,I personally found it hard to carry out,example the Caterpillar was very rough and base on the movement our hands might get injured and when our leg are place over each other's thigh the chance of kicking the next person back is there,causing injuries to to person's back. For the night games that require us to jump,why I found it hard was because we have to jump at this certain height and at the same time together,that was hard cuz some of us can't jump high and as a result some might land first causing it harder to take a picture with all of us jumping in mid-air

2)Two things I like about today

•The two things I like about today is the activity Paintball at Singapore Discovery Center and the Water rafting 

3)One thing we can do better

•Try to involve everyone in the planing to build the raft and encourage those who are just watching to participate,don't leave anyone out 

•I have learn that as leader we must have Tolerance for our other teammates the fact that they are coming from different background with different leadership skills.This helps build patience and mutual respect for one another,hence no hater among the group.And before we lead there must be a team that we can communicate with understand each other more and no one in the team is a lower level than you because being a leader means everyone is on the same level 

2)What I like about Blaze Camp

•What I like about Blaze Camp was the food because for a camp the food is consider quite luxurious and the games was very interactive and the paintball was awesome 

3)One thing I must tell Mr Sam

•Sleep area should be at somewhere better,with better ventilation and also the system for the showering
