I am an undergraduate student at the University of Texas San Antonio. My major is in interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in EC-6 Bilingual Core Subjects. I participated in a study abroad trip to Guadalajara Jalisco in Mexico to learn about the language, culture and education that happens here. Included in this portfolio are the cultural expeditions that I was took part in and the observations that I made at the Instituto Thomas Jefferson.

I attempted to create a lesson plan to help me organize when I would lead the classroom in 40 minute blocks each day. As teachers know, anything can change, especially the schedule so some days I was able to do a project like a show and tell and the milagritos project but I was not able to have the kids play a game outside due to heat and safety risk.
