This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools on teacher motivation, professional development, and instructional methods within higher education institutions in Türkiye and Argentina. AI has the potential to personalize teaching practices, reduce administrative workload, and foster collaborative environments. This mixed-methods research, involving surveys, interviews, and teacher reflection documents, highlights how AI integration enhances teacher satisfaction and transforms self-perception and instructional strategies. The findings reveal that teachers experienced increased motivation due to reduced workload and enhanced teaching efficiency, while students showed heightened engagement and curiosity in AI-enhanced lessons. However, challenges such as over-reliance on AI and the need for balanced integration with traditional methods were noted. These insights underline the dual-edged nature of AI in education, emphasizing its transformative potential and the necessity for professional development.
