AI has the potential to personalize teaching practices, reduce administrative workload, and foster collaborative environments. This mixed-methods research, involving surveys, interviews, and teacher reflection documents, highlights how AI integration enhances teacher satisfaction and transforms self-perception and instructional strategies. The findings reveal that teachers experienced increased motivation due to reduced workload and enhanced teaching efficiency, while students showed heightened engagement and curiosity in AI-enhanced lessons. However, challenges such as over-reliance on AI and the need for balanced integration with traditional methods were noted. These insights underline the dual-edged nature of AI in education, emphasizing its transformative potential and the necessity for professional development.
