         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Regent Hotel, </p><p>I am writing this email to complain about the service I received at your hotel last week.</p><p> </p><p>From 1st to 3rd April, I stayed at your hotel and I was disappointed by the breakfast service. In my booking confirmation, it says the breakfast was included. So, we went to have breakfast in the morning and when we actually arrived to the restaurant, the staff rudely refused us that there weren't any breakfast service included in our price. Therefore, we kicked up a fuss to the hotel manager about this and he handled it poorly. He just postponed the case that he would check and never got back to us again. </p><p><br/></p><p>Therefore, we demand a prompt check of our case. Otherwise, we will take our custom elsewhere and tell our friends and family to never stay at your hotel again. </p><p><br/></p><p>Best Regards, </p><p>Pyae </p>]]></description>

I can understand the queuing for the fuel but you do not take actions on cars that cut in line.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Grab Customer Care Team</p><p><br/></p><p>Good day to you.</p><p>I'm writing to complain about the Grab taxi's driver : 3I/8445. Yesterday, I used Grab and the driver accepted the way. Although he accepted it, he changed his direction and did not come to me. I waited more than 15 minutes. I called to him, but he didn't pick up my calls. He didn't cancel and head in the opposite direction. I really angry for that and strongly kick a fess about it. I would like you to take immediate action.
