Some of us may succumb to the pressure of setting resolutions and changing our lifestyle drastically – from eating healthier to exercising more often. <a href="https://www.lifoholic.com/healthy-lifestyle-habits/"><strong>Healthy lifestyle habits</strong></a> are essential for our overall well-being and can positively affect us both physically and mentally. However, it is also crucial to recall that these changes do not need to be drastic and should not come with unrealistic expectations upon ourselves. It's okay to take small steps toward achieving the lifestyle habits we want; this change takes time, patience, and consistency. This New Year is an opportunity for growth and self-improvement, not just an annual reminder that we still haven't followed through with last year's resolutions.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
