As we adjusted to a household of 3, Lena and I spent time at our creek and I've had time to enjoy my new porch swing. (The guy in that picture is the builder of the swing.) In July I took a class for the next level of Dalcroze certification - a music ed teaching approach that highlights listening for patterns and involves a lot of movement. We all enjoyed our trip to Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. It was also a great summer for reading.
