The total percentage for the Margin of Error lies exactly at 7%. Initially, this data represents that the sample size could be much larger and the MOE of 200 is quite small as far as supporting an immense study is concerned. For a study such as this one, an MOE of 200 is average.

Due too the extensive variety of individuals who participated in the experiment, salary varies. This study was completely voluntary and the terms notified of the conditions. The ones who worked out received a six-week gym membership and those who did not, didn't need funds to participate within the study. Which would cost about $20 per person. Overall the average price of this study would be around $2,000.00. Willing subjects of the study could easily pay $20 individually to support their role in this attempt at discovery.

In conclusion, this study achieved success. On perspective, it is noted that many more trials should be conducted for verification, yet major significant results had been discovered throughout the process of the study. Everyone involved in this study including myself have analyzed that Physical Benefits on top of the release of a Endorphins from working out initially made subjects happier than those who did not take part in exercising. Those who did take part in working out for the study continued on the path of following a workout plan, which benefitted them greatly. Those who did not, saw the results of the positive mood change in their opposing experiment groups and eventually swayed in their direction as well. Overall, the study was not only beneficial to health, but signified how vital it is too live a happy and stress free lifestyle throughout your days.
