Stephanie --> 17-year-old girl schoolgirl, timid at first and keeps herself to what she knows and likes, but the life of the party with people she's comfortable with.

Dom --> 18-year-old cocky and arrogant rugby boy, but secretly very intelligent, outgoing and popular but has a sensitive side to him he rarely ever shows.

Suna --> 29-year-old teacher, Well known and loved, extremely charismatic and outgoing. She is kind to everyone but has a deep secret that no one knows which can make her lash out unexpectedly.

Emily --> is a 23 year old long time best friend of Alex's, who he's known since primary school. She is very caring but also brutally honest as she wants the best for the people she cares about. She always see's the good in people and she won't sugarcoat anything.

Drunken man (Stuart) --> He has just had a divorce with his wife, who cheated on him and she took everything from him so he resorted to drinking. He sees Alex and thinks he is the man he cheated on her with, so he decided to fight him.

I have less experience with the camera, however as I did lighting previously, I worked closely alongside the camera man, therefore I know what looks good on camera and how to operate the camera properly. The more I practised with the camera, the more I understood it and how to use it. I want to expand my knowledge on using the camera and be able to use it independantly.

I would also like to use black/shadows as this symbolises scared emotions and mystery.

Blue tones - throughout the filming process I would like the lighting to be more blue toned so represent the coldness of the park. However, I would like the lighting to be more warm toned when filming inside Emily's flat to show the safeness and warm feeling inside her home.

E.G. close ups, wide shots, handheld shots and multiple establishing shots to differentiate the look of the film.

As the camera operator, I didn't have as much experience with using it so we took it to a free room and tested it out and I got used to the settings of the camera. It took me some time to be confident with the settings and what looks the best however, by the end of the meet-up I felt more confident with using the camera and felt I could use it to produce our film.

We struggled with people walking past and tried not to get them in the shots and the audio so that set filming back quite a few times as we wanted to make the shots continuous and as if there was no one else in the park with us.

I wanted to make sure we got the main shots filmed today and work on the close up shots later on, so we had shots we were certain on to use and work with. We spent majority of this filming session getting the main wide angle shots of Alex and Stuart (Johnny and Matt) so we had a good baseline shot to work with.

We did a handheld shot which I found quite tricky as I didn't want the camera to look too shaky. After a couple attempts, I was happy with the final shot, however it did take a few tries.

Unfortunately, we didn't get as much filmed as we wanted to, however we all agreed that it was best to film the rest another day.

We started off by filming outside to get the shots that lead to the indoor scene. We wanted to do this so we could chronologically work through the script so it was easier for us to know what we have and haven't done.

We got t el's apartment where we were filming. As we had to get 3 different shots for one scene it did take us quite a while and took many takes to get the right one

Today, we wanted to finish the filming process and complete everything today, so we could get a start on editing the film.

We re-filmed some shots that we did on our first filming day as some of the shots were too dark, and then moved onto the stairs scene.

We used fake blood to create a more realistic look.

I did more handheld shots which i've become more comfortable with doing and i feel as if I have grasped how to do them effectively and smoothly.

At the end of the day, we got everything done that we needed.
