The genre of this book is horror because of the horrific events and scenes throughout the book. The book takes place in Canada in the small town of Cortege during the zombie apocalypse. Some of the characters that are important in the story are Rhys, Sloane, and Cary. The conflict is the teenagers are trapped in their old high school trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. They soon realize it isn't safe anymore and try to survive outside with the dead. 

This Is Not A Test was a halfway decent book. It had great characters and a well made story line, but there were not enough events. It started off good, got kind of boring in the middle, and then picked up again in the end. My overall rating for the book is a 3 of 5. If you enjoy zombie apocalypse books, i would recommend that you read it. I chose this quote because it is when Sloane realizes that once you know you are going to die then you just to suck it up and accept it. - Probably Rhys because he cared for me and made me feel safe

- When me and Rhys were attacked outside and my shoulder dislocated

- Trace because he had a severe temper and was going to get someone hurt or killed

- I thought that my life was over again and i was in shock

- I would have killed him anyways for everything he put me and Lily through

- No because i probably would not have known him

- It was honestly really hard to get used to
