About the project

Money is a means of payment made of paper or metal with a nominal value written on it, issued by a government.
The Lydians, who went down in history as the first civilization to find money, BC. They lived in Anatolia in the 7th century.
The discovery of money enabled the change of many phenomena and the development of civilizations in the world. There are centuries between the discovery of the coin and the transition to the banknote system.
Banknotes are the prestige of a country. Because the printed money is not only used by the citizens of that country. People as tourists to the country also have to use this money.
We would like to get to know and introduce the most important economic tool that shapes today's world, the valuable personalities on the banknotes.

WORK PROCESS



NOVEMBER
Determining the teachers and students involved in the project, obtaining the necessary permissions and making promotions. Determination of project tasks, determination of mixed student and teacher groups.

Preparing and applying pre-tests to students.

DECEMBER
Organizing events within the scope of Attitude and Investment Week (Recycling- piggy bank)

Rhyme exercises on money.

Collaborative poster work.

JANUARY
Virtual museum tours.

Activities related to the importance of producing and the value of money.

Project name writing work with common product partners.


FEBRUARY
Discussion of scientists and thinkers. (Drama and cartoon activity)

Self-assessment activities on Consumption Frenzy.( Questionnaire )

MARCH
Yunus Emre "Let's Love Let's Be Loved" themed poetry work. (Acrostic work with partners)

Wordclouds with the theme of love will be prepared.

Mentimeter Word Cloud

Final test and Analysis will be done.

Final Product: E-Book (story jumper)

 

EXPECTED RESULTS
