1) I have a few pupils who have incomplete work. A lot of close monitoring needed to call up parents/ pupils to remind them to submit their work.

2) A daily check in is useful across all subject trs. - Have to work very closely with parents. Call/Class Dojo 
- Discipline committee can give talk via zoom to remind pupils of consequences of not handling of work/ not attending zoom as truancy etc...
2. Less interaction with pupils. Feel quite disconnected. Zoom cannot make up for the F2F interactions where you can see facial expressions and hear laughter.

It is difficult to monitor and check their written assignments in the long run.

The pupils need self-discipline to attend and follow through the lessons. I find it difficult to go through the lessons again if they missed out the zoom lessons. F2F is still the best to reach out to the pupils, especially the weaker ones. Self-discipline is of utmost importance here. Quality of work could be compromised if home support is either lacking or non-existent.
