Before coming here, I prefer loud reading but it is nothing to do with as a reading activity. I will try these new ideas in my classes. 
Postie dear postie and binglish text are the activites that I would like to try before next meeting. I could use Postie as a warm up in y PDC meeting. Moreover, I could use binglish text in order to show the Ts reading is a diffucult skill for our Ss.
I wonder what can I do to encourage my Ss to read silently on their own because most of the time they are unwilling to do so?

When it comes the second question , we have other elements to think about for our Pdc meetings such as choosing the suitable warm up, managing the activities effectively, giving the instructions clearly, giving feedback in a positive way, planning the session according to the given topic, taking the time into consideration while planning and reflection and evaluation part of the sessions.
