         <description><![CDATA[<div>My strengths from today's session was relationships when working with a partner, for example today I worked with Chloe which we practice transfer our body weight between each other by giving and receiving weight, this worked well because I trusted her to take all my weight instead of me holding back which makes the process very difficult.<br><br><strong>Weaknesses<br><br></strong>My weaknesses from today’s session was that I wasn’t using eye contact with my partner which meant that we didn’t know when to give or receive out weight because I wasn’t focusing on what she was going to do next. <br><br><strong>Targets<br><br></strong>My targets for this week is to make sure that i am focused on my partner at all times by using eye contact and communication so that accident or mistakes don’t happen. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My strengths from today was my spacing, for example when we had to work with a random partner and just explore the space I used the negative space.<br><br><strong>Weaknesses <br></strong><br>My weaknesses from today’s session was that when I explore in the space I tend to go back to repetition that I already know instead of really thinking of creating movement which is just about actions and dynamics. <br><br><strong>Targets <br><br></strong>My targets from today is to really think outside of the box when it comes to creating movement by really pushing myself and doing things that are outside my comfort zone.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My strengths from today’s lesson were my use of dynamics, for example I created a motif then developed it to have a sustained dynamic, <br><br><strong>Weaknesses</strong> <br><br>My weaknesses from today were my spatial awareness, for example when we were showing our motif to the class but it groups I found it difficult to know where to travel because I did not know where the other dancers movement took them and how that would effect mine. <br><br><strong>Targets</strong> <br><br>My target for this week is to push myself to have more confidence in what I am creating instead of judging myself. </div>]]></description>
