I am interested in finding partners for my 66 students (3 sections of 22 students each) to do one project together in which students will meet over zoom and discuss power distance in their classroom experiences.
This would be a one-time commitment for students to zoom with my students sometime March 1-April 22 (flexible on time, can be February through end of April) this semester or in the fall. (My partners for this spring were unable to participate, so I would take any students interested this spring to meet with my students.) Also, I am interested in establishing partnerships to do this in future fall and spring semesters.

I have been looking for the partners in the following courses.
 
Japanese Pop Culture A
Our students and students from our partner universities will work on a mini research project on Japanese pop culture. We can start from early April and end at the early May (I prefer to continue until the end of May; however, I can adjust with the academic calendar abroad). My class meet every Friday from 14:20 to 15:50, but I can arrange the meetings in another time and day of the week. 
 
Japanese Pop Culture B
We will visit Oarai Town in Ibaraki Prefecture, which uses the animation “GIRLS und PANZER” to revitalize the town. Before the fieldtrip, our students and students from the partner universities will collaboratively prepare the online tour of Oarai Town by thinking about the spots to introduce. Prior to the field trip, I will give a brief lecture on anime pilgrimage to sacred places and how Oarai Town use the anime for its revitalization. We will meet every Friday from 14:20 to 15:50 (Japan Time). The session will be from the middle of June to the middle of July. Here is the report from the previous year.

Studies in Particular Field 
Our students and students from our partner universities will conduct a fieldwork of their interest. We will meet every Tuesday from 8:40 to 10:10 (Japan Time). In Spring semester, I will be teaching Communication and Presentation Skill. It is a course to prepare our student for studying abroad in upcoming years. 

The number of students has not been decided since the registration will begin early March. The class starts in late March - July, but I would like to COIL some times between mid April for 3-4 weeks. 

The commitment for synchronous meeting is only 1-2 during COIL, but it is not necessary.
