I am not sure that this can be enough because there are rules put out from the Mayor, that we don't follow. So just because we're told something, doesn't mean everybody is following. I feel like they should reach out to the community in a positive way because it's typical blacks don't like police. This will help us know if we listen to them, they will do the same for us. Also, in the article when they give suggestions like lock you car, so you won't get carjacked.
