Each play in one way or another displays a different kind of supernatural conspiracy or force, and make it apart of the main plot. Shakespeare in a way was superstitious and always had a superstitions occurring throughout his plays.

7. Many people believed diseases and illness was caused by witches or ghosts. 
8. Supernatural elements plays a big role in Shakespeare's plays.
9. Many people performed a ducking (throwing the women in the river with their hands and feet's tied), in order to test whether or not a women was a witch. 
10.
