• I will give my students the floor when they have a concern they'd like to express.

• Attendance everyday

1- Respect everyone around you.

2- Respect the environment/property around you.

3- Respect the learning of others.

3. Be organized with my lesson preparations, grading, etc.

These rules show the students that we will also hold ourselves accountable for the same expectations.

Concern- Schoolwide Grading Policy

Having assessments make up the largest percentage, this may not be be most accurate picture of student learning. While assessments are important, this may hinder students that understand the content but struggle with test taking.

How would we change this? Since the goal is to foster student voice then we should encourage it and hold student accountable.
