I think it would be a good idea to ask prospects/applicants when they fill out information request form how they prefer to receive communication (i.e. email, text, phone) and then honor that request. Because there are some people who seem to get really upset or annoyed by our calls. Additionally, I know some of our international applicants don't like to communicate by phone because of associated costs. - Natalie Brost

One of my goals is to become creative at how to communicate with prospects who maybe do not agree with our protocols, application requirements, etc. I want to be able to keep them interested or valued despite their disagreement, as opposed to pushing them on to associate directors. Essentially being able to talk to more challenging prospects (within reason), and not add to the my supervisors workload.

I would like to see the EOI lists have the Geomarket column like the Daily Lists do. I know I can search the area/country code in Google, which I do now, but it would be nice to be able to quickly scan and see who is within that 8a-8p window when working early in the morning.

I think the Day 75 EOI calls are being much better received than the 35 days calls were and having the 50 Day text message allows those that want to opt out a chance before getting another phone call, not sure how it is affecting actual enrollment/application completion-Steph Snyder

I’d like to develop new social media content ideas and strategies to increase engagement and encourage more sharing among our student followers. I'm attending a social media conference soon and I'm excited to dive in and learn more!

I'm pretty comfortable, Steph put it very well, it feels nice to be able to step in and help if people need phone hour coverage or help with a webinar. I would love to be able to do more webinars and events if possible though :)

Luckily, I don't have any stories since Ally Xin .0. It seems like we have a good, unified approach in most regards. I have had ACM's where people have already spoken with someone from our team and want to hear the same information from another person. And we have been giving the same answers.
