is something i had heard about probably in my undergrad, i think around the same time as i heard about symbolic interactionism, which talks about the staying power of labels , ones designated i believe . i was reintroduced to phrenology by jstor, which very much knocked the fine hold i had on my ontological upbringing. the reason for my loosing trust in what is is, notwithstanding prior experiences, and knowledge of other indigenous ontologies, is that within jstor appearing like an add was a game of do these keywords describe the artile i was yet to read. i played and one of the last words was phrenology, which i recognized but couldn't quite remember so clicked for more info. the info the gave rocked me because it was a little window into wikipedia! something my degrees have said read but don't quote,! and here is an academic database referencing wiki as reference.

it must have been those friendly beings who put that before my eyes because it is a theory about the shapes of heads affecting mood, which i understand as being muscular . mental people like me just need a fucken good massage. i know i do. and i do. and I've had some success and im not finished untangling my neck, but i'm very very close and have noticed a reduction in my anxiety , something 5 years with a psychologist did nothing at all to alleviate because i was always already in a fight or flight state.
