Ok! We are going to play Healthy Dodgeball. 
We are going to split into 2 different teams.
I'm going to give you a Healthy eating plate. You will have to get the food flashcard from the hoop by hitting your opponents with the ball.

Every time you hit some opponent, you will get a card. It will be faced down on the floor inside of a hoop.
The classmate hit won't be eliminated.

Once you get 2 cards from:
- Fruits.
- Veggies.
- Whole grains
- Healthy protein.
And a card from:
- Healthy oils
- Water
You will have finished the game.

You'll have to play within the boundaries. If you don't, you will lose a point or card. It will happen the same every time you get a non healthy food card.

Variants:
- You can choose a card that you need if you have extra cards that you dont.
- If you get the ball in the air, you can get a card.
- We split into 4 different teams.

The pupils move around the playground and if the teacher names a healthy food they jump and if it is unhealthy they move slowly.

* healthy and unhealthy habits:
Brush your teeth one a week
have a shower everyday
have a shower twice a week
drink 3l of water per day

- 4 groups of 5 students, relay races,  2 boxes for each group and place foods depending on whether they are healthy or unhealthy.

- Variation: A3 sheet of the healthy plate and place the food in each of the portions.

In the Healthy habits unit of 4th.
After explaining the Harvard plate related to food organization, present many foods on flashcards in the center of the court.
4 teams with a hoop in each corner where they must make a Harvard plate with the foods from the center circle.
Students will have 3-4 minutes to run 1 by 1 to the center of the court and take a flashcard to complete the plate, with the chance of going to the plate of an opposing team to steal a food, or take some of them to generate confusion . Name of the game: Frankestein.
This game is a role play that the goal of it is form a human body by the thiefs. There are police men who have to avoid this action. 
To make the body we need materials like hoops, sticks and cones that represent parts of our body. All of these material will be spreaded and protected in the playground by the police. Thiefs have two houses where they can,t be tagged and they can make the human body. Name of the game: Pac Man
The students go walking along the lines.
-Go jogging
-Go walking on tiptoes
-Go walking on heels
-Go taking long steps
-Go walking like a dog
...
Variation: there are different color lines, so they can change the line.
Finally we can play a tag game, one student is going to be it, and this student have to tag others students( with a marker), and when he or she tag somebody they change roles.
