         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Germinal Stage:</em> first two weeks after fertilization  in which the embryo is implanted in the uterus. <br><em>Embryonic Stage:</em> after the germinal stage and implantation the formation of major organs and structures on the fetus form<br><em>Fetal Stage: begins and </em>after the ovum is fertilized organs begin to develop. This is  final stage when the embryo is now called a fetus. and remain in the fetal stage until birth. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Any child born before 37 weeks in considered preterm and could face a number of complications from their lungs being underdeveloped to low birth weight.&nbsp; A healthy term baby is 37 to 42 weeks. There are 3 stages of Labor&nbsp; Delivery of a child. The first stage is early and active labor. At this phase the cervix is dilating from 0-10 centimeters. When a woman reaches 10 centimeters&nbsp; you are in the second stage and you are able to push.&nbsp; Failing to progress may end up with the birth being a scheduled or emergent C-section.&nbsp;<br>The final stage is the after birth in which the placenta is delivered.<br><br>At the end of Labor and Delivery the child is born. Many hospitals have the child remain with their mother and/or father and establish skin to skin contact.<br><br>So it&nbsp; begins! Child development outside the womb. The child will recognize and take ques from their mother and grow physically and emotionally through their heredity traits and enviornment.</div>]]></description>
