  -Robotic Engineers should avoid, ignore or start conflicts with collogues or anyone else. 
  -They should also critic others and help other collogues with their own ideas.
  -They need to follow the code of professional conduct towards others.
  -Lastly Robotic Engineers should treat anyone the same regardless of race, religion, color, creed, and sexual orientation and accept that everyone can have an opinion.

-They must take any and all criticism no matter what,and maybe even build off from other's opinions or ideas
