What is this hairy man thing and why can it change shape. Wiley's mother called it a conjurer, so does that mean he do magic. I think he is some king of evil creature, since it took papi and tried to get Wiley, so maybe that is why he has powers. I wonder what this book has to do with the rest of the ranger apprentice series. It mentioned the county, but it is in a different place with different people. It is about a creature of the dark, a mage, that helps dead farmers daughters to their family, and one to the slave market. The customs and creatures are very different of that of the other books, but I think this is maybe somewhere near the county. Seth tried to capture a fairy after Maddox, the fairy broker, left. He finally succeeded, and kept the fairy. The next day, it had turned into a horrible creature. I wonder why this happened. Goldilocks(the chicken) is actually Grandma Sorenson. I wonder why she was a chicken, and this explains why they stopped seeing her.
