(1) Temptation bundling helps me to keep to my resolution. An example is when I only allow myself to enjoy a smoothie from Boost after having brisk-walked over 12KM. This gives me something refreshing to drink after a workout and it is also a delicious treat.
(2) I think incentives from friends or family can also help me stay committed to my resolution. For instance, to help her friend to keep fit and reach the goal of bringing her weight to below 100KG, my elder sister promised her friend to treat her to a short vacation to any place in Southeast Asia, limited to airfare and/or lodging not over $350.

If something's on the line that is precious to you like cold-hard cash or free time to watch YouTube or listening to Soundcloud would easily motivate the average person to actually fulfill their task. Another great way to motivate is running 10 rounds in the fi- what did I say?

2.
