    Different way of looking at budgets - apportion core costs across projects, both regional and IS costs.

    + Changes in structure (e.g global ministry to be more connected to the goals, more accountability, have more support for people. Structure to make work more efficient,  connect movement to org, keep trust)
    + Better balance: Operations and ministry.
    + Time to Rethink IFES
    + Intentional: women in ministry and other hot topics.
    + How IFES will work in a growing global fellowship where there are many smaller movements searching for a voice.
    + Do we need a supervisory structure that not only cares for people well, but facilitates ministry better?
    + Decision making structure that is agile

    + People and values emphasized more than mere strategies and kpi (Clarify)
    + We need to speak into the times and know the times like the men of Issachar. Then we will regain our prophetic witness
    + In emphasising organisational professionalism, we have taken for granted the spirituality of movements and individuals.  We need to emphasize that otherwise we are losing our soul (What is the context of this statement?)
