1. I learnt that my learning style is different from what I and others thought I have. The discovery of my learning style makes me more aware of my learning style strengths and weaknesses that I can work with to maximise my learning, and how they may affect my teaching style too.

2. One takeaway from the sharing is the strategies to manage diverse learners, with or without needs.

3. I want to be more aware of the students' needs and to make use of appropriate techniques to manage their behaviour as a discipline teacher. (Katherine Teo)
