Britain was able to create such an industrialization due to capital, natural resources, and water transportation.

They exported many agricultural products and minerals/metals(corn, wheat, iron coal.) The immigrants also helped build the First transcontinental railroad, this revolutionized transportation(of goods and people and boosted the economy and made trade easier.
