Each group has a chef and an assistant (depending on the size of the group), who are responsible for preparing meals. If the group is large, they will appreciate the help of volunteers and scour plates. The menus in these cases are usually not very varied: Coffee or tea, toast, omelettes or fried eggs at breakfast; salads and sandwiches to eat and soup and pasta or a stew of meat and vegetables for dinner.
