         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Heavy rains that often result in flooding can also be detrimental to crops and to soil structure. Most plants cannot survive in prolonged waterlogged conditions because the roots need to breathe.<br>2.Reductions in agricultural productivity. Extreme periods of high temperature are particular harmful for crop production where critical stage is disrupted, there may be no seeds at all. In animals, result in lower productivity and fertility , have negative effects on the immune system, which more prone to certain disease.<br>3. Higher temperatures eventually reduce yields of desireable crops while encouraging weed and pest proliferation. Changes in precipitation patterns increase the likehood of short-run crop failure and long-run production declines. Although there will be gains in some crops in some regions of the world, the overall impacts of climate change on agriculture is expected to be negative.<br>4. Try to decrease the time between fitting and planting. If soil crusts due to heavy rains after planting, using a rotary hoe as soon as soil conditions allow will help the crop emerge.<br>2. Reductions in agricultural productivity<br>- pushing for climate-friendly policies<br>-pasture based livestock management<br>- efficient irrigation management.<br>3.Higher temperatures.<br>-Adaptation strategies for agronomic crop. Adaptation is the key factor that could help to mitigrate the negative of climate change. Adaptation strategies provide an oppoturnity to address the climate change challenges and to sustain the crop production.<br>4.Reduction of productivity due to temperature rise.<br>- watering more often, mulching plants can help conserve moisture and keep plants cooler. The use of shade covers, especially on vegetable crops, may be helpful as well</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas: a gas that absorbs and radiates heat. Greenhouse gases absorb that heat and release it gradually over time, the increase in greenhouse gases have tipped the Earth's energy budget out of balance, trapping additional heat and raising Earth's average temperature. Carbon dioxide is the most important of Earth’s long-lived greenhouse gases. It absorbs less heat per molecule than the greenhouse gases methane or nitrous oxide, but it’s more abundant and it stays in the atmosphere much longer. And while carbon dioxide is less abundant and less powerful than water vapor on a molecule per molecule basis, it absorbs wavelengths of thermal energy that water vapor does not, which means it adds to the greenhouse effect in a unique way. Increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide are responsible for about two-thirds of the total energy imbalance that is causing Earth's temperature to rise.</div>]]></description>
