My mom works very hard to get my life better than her and my dad was. She is a very nice, loving, and hardworking woman. She had to quit college in order to provide for me due to her pregnancy with me. My dad is both street smart and book smart. He is very good with computers and building things. He makes sure I have everything I need in order to be satisfied. My dad is a big contributor in giving me a great childhood. My aunts love me a lot and never miss a big moment in my life. They are one of the many people in my dads side of the family that lives in Atlanta, Georgia. In the family we call them "tats" and "tante" because that's what aunt translates to in the French language. My uncle and my other aunt were also there to support me as we've met many times on vacation. Finally, my grandma. My grandma may be old be she is very independent. She moves quick for her age and when she gives gifts, she tends to give lots of things that would barely fit in a car. In conclusion, I would not be the person I am today without their support.

The chain I wear was given to me by my mom. My mom is a Christian so she has a lot of stuff that support her beliefs in someway. We've had the chain for a long time that I was in elementary school when my mom received it. Last year, the cross on the chain broke when I was coming home from school, but I liked the way the chain looked even more so I kept it. The purple bracelet was given to me by my aunt.  She likes to make bracelets in her spare time so she let me have one.  The green wristband was given to me by my grandma when I went to Georgia for vacation.

I chose movies and TV as an artifact because of the entertainment it brought me. Movies and TV distracted me from the stress of school, or any real world situation. Watching shows granted me new paths of interests to other shows. I started to watch the NFL this year since I enjoy the NBA postseason so much. TV shows me the wide possibilities of what I want to do in the future because I do not know if I want to pursue a career in chemistry. When I get to sit, eat, laugh, and enjoy myself away the outside noise, I've found a good show.

We had many trips in multiple places around and even outside the U.S.A. We usually like to go to amusement parks sometime when visiting a state (Hersey park, Disney world, six flags, etc.), then we go do something fun. When I went to Hawaii we, of course, went to the beach, rode a bus that took us all around Hawaii (which took about 8 hours), walked around pearl harbor, and had fun at a recreational park. The park had hands-on and off activities that include boat riding, fishing, games, and shows that include dances, tree climbing, and an hour long performance with baton dancing, music, and acting. My favorite trip I went to was definitely the cruise I was on when I was a kid. It traveled to many different countries (Brazil, Mexico, etc.) while having stuff to do on the boat. Things like pool parties, daycare, and great food kept us entertained before we depart to our next trip.

I enjoy listening to those genres of music because it fits my personality. Around 8th grade I really started to listen to these types of music. I don't listen to all the songs in those specific genres of course, but I approve of the type of beat, lyrics, and personality that they use express in their songs.
