A. The tone of this prayer is upbeat and rejoiceful.
I think that the author chose this tone because the prayer is about praising the Lord, and this is a happy occasion. So, to express the joyous occasion that is praising God, he used an upbeat and rejoiceful tone.
B. This prayer affects me by allowing me to reflect upon the many reasons that God has given us to praise him. The prayer makes me feel happy, excited, and thankful that I am allowed the opportunity to live a life filled with the love of God. The prayer makes references to many instruments, which allows me to associate the praise of God with booming, joyous music, bringing me happiness and feelings of excitement.
C. What this prayer tells us about God is that He is worth celebrating and rejoicing over. It also tells us explicitly that He dwells in His "holy sanctuary" and He preforms "mighty deeds". Under the surface though, the prayer leads to the inference that God is a source of happiness and celebration. The countless uses of the word "praise" tell us that God is to be praised because of his love and overall nature in being God.

A. G*d creates in this story through a series of 6 days of spiritual miracles and rested on the 7th. He created though his love and compassion for others and his intentions for the well-being of man.

B. God's creation process happens because of his love for all living things. He wanted to show the worth of His Son's redeeming work. It happened through the power of G*d and the Holy Spirit.

C. There is a pattern of "then God said," which is significant because it evokes the power of God's word and our call, as Christians, to follow His teachings and allow him to speak to us on our mission to Heaven. The word "Let" is repeated throughout the passage as God continuously says "Let there be" when referring to his days of creation. The word Let is meaningful and powerful it shows us that G*d allows this to happen and it was His choice. He is not forbidding creation, but in fact embodying it and making it a part of His family and our family.

D. These patterns and repetition are somewhat subtle and not obvious at first, but open up a deeper level in unifying the entirety of Creation and how G*d imposed it to be. The deeper level (or the So what?) is that God wanted to show the unification of all things living for His Son and His Son’s work on Earth. The Bible opens with a monumental statement, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” These words show the meaning by how God made sure and imposed the existence of the universe and everything within it as the product of his creativity and love for His Son. His days of forming and filling the world mean so much more than just creating, but how we, as Catholics, see the world and all the glory G*d put into it to make us citizens and preachers. of His Word.

E. The narrative's creation process tells us that God was willing to Create the ends of the Earth and fill his Kingdom with love and joy for His Son, Jesus. In chapter 1 of Genesis, there in no confirmation that God exists by the narrative. The narrative does not even need to confirm His existence or how He was created as part of the creation process because Genesis was written for people, like us, who do not need proof of his existence because He instilled Faith in each and everyone of us and trust in the Lord and all he has done.

Genesis 2.4-2.2 -Sam Crane

A. In this story, God creates by forming beings from the “dust of the ground” (Genesis 2.7), God gives the gift of life from himself to his creation. God is portrayed similarly to a craftsman, in crafting His artwork, God is crafting, or creating Adam. God is the source of life for His creation.

B. This creation story focuses on God’s selflessness and the beauty of His creation. It focuses on the human side of God's Creation and the Creation of man itself. This creation story goes in depth in explaining the beauty of Eden, and how God gives life to His creations through Adam and Eve. God created Adam and Eve for His own joy and His own love. He wanted to create humans that would enjoy his Creation because it was good in its entirety.

C. This story has come to us and been passed down through Oral and Written Tradition for the past centuries because this story unpacks how the world and Universe were created. It tells us why things are the way they are today, why the sun brings joy and light, why the rivers run and the oceans move, why the moon casts over us for a dark, night sky, why we have to remember we share this Earth with thousands of animals and plants that make our world more divers and open to all walks of life. The ancient faith community wants to tell us that God is the most powerful and omnipotent and created this Universe for us to live and create life for Him. The story gives us a reason to flourish in life and remain humble because God created all things beautiful and good, including us, and we all have a plan and a purpose on His Earth and we need to be strong in our faith and thank Him, the Almighty, for giving us this life and Faith with all things beautiful.

D. It is important to realize that God first creating a "human being" to show that we are all equal under God's Kingdom, man and woman, sister and brother, mother and father, black and white, muslim and jew, or poor and rich. We all are part of something so much greater than gender sexism, racism, segregation, religious persecution, and class discrimination. God created us as equals and that is how He wants the world to be and act without hatred or persecution. We need to act through equality and love for all people and all walks of life.

E. The ancient community of faith want us to see that G*d creates human beings from clay or the earth because God sculpted us to all be different and unique. He gave us all different traits that would sculpt us into our own individual self.

For people of faith, these stories provide a foundation of what it means to be human as goodness. Everything that God creates is created in his image and is created as good. God created mankind in his image, this tells humans of faith that we are made for goodness and we were not made by accident, indeed, we are all unique creations of God.

As humans, we can discover that we all have worth in value to be found in ourselves because we were all created in God’s “image” and “likeness”

Because all humans are worthy and equally created by God, humans can find that goodness in one another if they see each other as created in God’s image. This can help humans to closer relate with each other and to connect as people of God.

Just as humans were created by God, so were animals. Animals were created as companions for humans. This can allow us to find connections with animals and to peacefully coexist with them.

I see “right relations” as a term that encompasses a broad spectrum of meaning. I think including in this meaning is peaceful coexistence, as well as compassion, connection, and understanding. We, as humans are called to live out the goodness of God and form “right relations” with ourselves, each other, and other kinds. The similarity that all Earthy creations have is their worthiness and value as images of God. This can allow us to form connections right relations with everyone we encounter.

Although it may be harder for them, I think that atheists and agnostics can still find wisdom in these stories. I think that these narratives do give insight into the human condition, I think they demonstrate that all humans have the potential to be good, and loving people. I think that atheists and agnostics can see the bigger picture, which is that all humans are of value, and all humans can be good. I also think that the way that people of faith live out their daily lives plays a big part in how atheists and agnostics may find wisdom in such stories. If they see people of faith proving evident as good, and worthy, and living in “right relations”, then despite their lack of belief, they can still find wisdom and try to live their life with goodness.

A. To be created in the image of God, we are to have the goodness and openness that God has in all that we do. We will uphold the dignity of all humans, care for those who are in need, advocate for the mistreated, give voice to the voiceless, work for religious liberty and freedom, and fight the cultural of death in all its terrible and fearing forms. We are created to do this out of love for God and because we feel compelled to uphold his name and bear his sacred image throughout eternity.

B. You live in God's Image everyday you are on His Earth working to enter the magnificent and all that is glorious gates of Heaven. Personally, I live in God's Image through volunteering at shelters in the DC area, being an advocate for Pro Life in the Stone Ridge Community, and trying to be a model of light, love, and leadership in all that I do through school, sports, and to my friends and family.

C. ----------- I believe.

Although I can think of many people who embody the spirit of "right relations", to me, the most prominent example would be my grandma. She is one of the most compassionate and loving people that I have ever met, and her caring thoughtfulness shines through with her every action. I chose my grandma because every time I see her, I smile, and I know that she makes so many others smile as well. She always takes extra care to strike up a conversation or make sure that a person feels loved and appreciated. A striking example of this embodiment of right relations can be traced to the very streets of downtown Bethesda. Whenever my grandma and I go to downtown Bethesda, she stops and talks to the man sitting on the corner. His name is Jimmy and he is one of the nicest people I know. Whether or not my grandma has money to offer Jimmy n any particular day, she is sure to strike up a conversation with Jimmy. I can recall times when we stood talking to him fir 10 minutes! Now, whenever I see Jimmy I stop to talk to him and I typically buy him a blueberry muffin from the coffee shop up the street. This shows right relations because it clearly demonstrates reaching out to others with the best intentions of spreading love and happiness. Not just does my grandma live in "right relations", but she has taught me and many others how to do just the same.

Feedback
Note: I also gave feedback to my partner, Caroline Hertzberg, as we talked and answered each question throughout the process.

1 Does your partner answer all of the questions or some? If some, is it almost all, or hardly any? Or somewhere in between?	Share what you see.	It might be, she skipped things and didn’t meant to.

Ally answers all the questions with enthusiasm and depth with her use of diction and descriptive words. I see that she thoroughly answered all the questions and used prior knowledge to enhance her answers.

2 Does your partner respond to prompts vividly or vaguely? In other words, can you see what your partner’s thinking, feeling, exploring, sharing … Or do you have only a dim sense of what’s going on inside the thought process? Does the writing read as if anyone could have written it? Or is it specific to your partner and only your partner could have said it!

Overall she responds to each prompt vividly. The only one I find a bit vague is in 1A when describing the tone. How can a tone be noise? What is behind the noise and inside the actual Psalm?

3 Does your partner include visuals? Or are they missing? Many, most ? Some? None?

Yes she includes visuals in each description and even uses gifs that move.

4	Are the visuals interesting complementary to the text, evocative, compelling in some way… Or are they boring? Or a copy of others’?

The visuals are fun and interactive. They make me laugh and relate to the prompts.

5 Is the drawing/computer art meaningful? Does it convey a message? Something your partner’s exploring? Something your partner sees in her/their heart or mind’s eye? Is it something you can see that your partner put effort into creating so to share one’s voice visually + uniquely? (It’s not about artistic talent, but message!)
n/a

6 Do you have any suggestions for how your partner can strengthen her/their work?

I think my partner could go more in depth on what it really means being made in the image of God. I think it would be notable to mention individually how you are made in the image of God in all the things you do during the day. Ally also had a few spelling and grammatical errors, but she fixed them after we consulted.

7 What do you like best about your partner’s work? (Be specific so she can build on it!)

I like best how she talks about Earth being a symbolic element of life and the significance of right relations. I think it is really important to talk about how we are stewards of the environment. I also liked the layout of her Padlet with all the moving pictures and bright colors.

8 What do you see in a new way for having engaged your partner’s work?

I see how Mother Teresa teaches us even if we don’t know if she is there and she is constantly working to make the world a better place for all walks of life.

Feedback
Note: I also gave feedback to my partner, Sam Crane, feedback as we talked and answered each question throughout the process.
1 Does your partner answer all of the questions or some? If some, is it almost all, or hardly any? Or somewhere in between? Share what you see. It might be, she skipped things and didn’t meant to.
Cici answers all the questions effectively and in detail. She made wonderful points, and supported her points with evidence from the readings, and her prior knowledge on various topics.

Cici responds to the questions with great detail and tone. What she is thinking and feeling is very clear and shines through due to Cici's word choice and diction. Her responses were very vivid, and it was clear that she went he extra mile.

3 Does your partner include visuals? Or are they missing? Many, most ? Some? None?
Yes, Cici includes many visuals in her padlet.

4 Are the visuals interesting complementary to the text, evocative, compelling in some way… Or are they boring? Or a copy of others’?
Cici's images are very interesting. They each are very complimentary to the text. The images are unique and they support and help in the understanding of Cici's responses.

I think that Cici could strengthen her work by including direct quotes from the readings that go with the questions. She included evidence, but I think that direct quotes could be even more effective.

7 What do you like best about your partner’s work? (Be specific so she can build on it!)
My favorite thing about Cici's work is the thought that she put into her image choices. I think that the images are truly special and they further the effect of the written responses. I loved the image that she used on her second post, I thought that it really helped to express the main ideas.

8 What do you see in a new way for having engaged your partner’s work?
I see the human relationship to clay differently sine engaging in Cici's padlet. She said that "Since we come form the "clay," which God created, we come from God and exists purely out of his power and love. " This resonated with me because I saw how humans have the power from God to embody His love.
