     Do you really, REALLY need something to read, listen to, or watch, and you didn’t get a card before the library closed? During our closure, OverDrive is allowing our consortium to use their ‘Instant Digital Card Service’ at no charge through June 30, 2020.

    When you access READS on your computer or the Libby/OverDrive app on your device, a prompt will ask if you have a library card. If you do not, you will be asked to provide your cell phone number (sorry, this doesn’t work for landline phone numbers). You will then be able to check out books, magazines, audiobooks, and videos that have been in the collection for more than six months. 

     The cell phone number will work in READS for one year after activation. As much as we would like to be serving you personally, this is another way to access the items you want 24/7 until we can re-open.
