Overall did OK as a first conference, I was able to co-operate with other members of the committee and bloc, and was able to come up with different amendments and discuss them. I, however did find myself getting lost at times, not knowing what to say or being unable to get a chance to speak over the ongoing debate. Despite these setbacks, I was still able to participate in a fruitful debate and gain multiple perspectives on the issue.

I believe I could have been more outgoing and more willing to take a leading charge in the debate, and make more comments and considerations for discussing and/or submitting amendments to be more engaged with the discussion. With this, I could have also had more preparation in anticipating various perspectives through research and act quicker as a result without stuttering or hesitating.

As for the conference, I believe the voting procedure could have been handled better as the zoom reaction feature did not work as well as hoped, and smoother transitions between sessions and/or activities could have been implemented for a better flow in the conference.

the organization of the conference, however, was well done, and allowed for each committee to work well without much difficulty.

1. I believe that I did better in the second CIMUN conference than I did during the first CIMUN conference. I was able to cooperate with my groupmates during the lobbying sessions, where we made a resolution mainly from the one I made beforehand. I was also able to make a few amendments and get them approved, which was my first experience making amendments.
2. I believe that I need to improve on building self-confidence and talking more throughout the conference. I also believe that I should try to become the main submitter if I have opportunities to become one.
3. I believe that the conference could have had more clear instructions during lobbying sessions, and when grouping with other delegates. I also believe that better time management could allow the conference to be more organized. However, the overall conference was very well done and effective.
4. I believe that the conference was very clear and effective despite it being held online, which allowed me to not be confused like before, and have a better understanding throughout the whole conference.

1. Despite my worries, I was mildly able to discuss with other delegates to create a draft resolution. I struggled to speak up at first, but later on I was able to give a few speeches regarding amendments. I believe I will be able to better prepare myself for future conferences.

2. During the conference, I realized my voice should be louder and less trembling for give better speeches. I additionally have to work on coming up with better POIs and amendments.

3. The conference didn't have many issues, but if it were to be online, it would be better if there were to be a better voting system as the chairs had trouble counting votes. Also, it would be easier to tell who is representing which country if the zoom names and backgrounds fully showed the country names and flags.

4. At the end, it was nice for all the delegates to warm up to each other during the superlatives section and have fun.

1. I felt that I was more prepared going into the actual conferences compared to the ones I participated previously. I was more actively engaged and took a leading role in my resolution group in which I never really was capable nor confident enough to do so .
2. I get anxious very easily and it sometimes tends to hinder my confidence at times, especially when answering POIs. I also feel like I could've pushed myself to become a main submitter in the future.
3. The conference at some audio issues at times that gave difficulties for the others to hear. Also, the voting system at this year's CIMUN was troubling at times.
4. The environment for delegates was still there despite being held online, and the conference and its procedure were very organized.

I feel like that I have learned so much more through my first chairing experience in CIMUN 1. I am not much more familiar with the ROP and other procedures of mun.

1. As my very first time working as a chair, I learned a lot about chairing in general and I also made a lot of mistakes during the conferences especially when leading the debate. However, I think I was able to be successful as a chair.

2. I have to improve on keeping my calmness when I lead the debate and my knowledge on the rules of procedure because I made a lot of mistakes when it was my turn to lead the debate.

3. The conference would fundamentally be much better if it was held offline and it had set debating times for/against a resolution/amendment because it was apparently open debate in this conference.

4. It was very well-planned and high-quality despite it being held online. I know Isaac and Gooha did not have much time preparing for this conference. Nevertheless, the conference itself was very successful.
