1) learn more information in separation process in oil and gas industry
2) I enjoyed the section on 2 and 3 phase separators, and the knowledge that sir shared on offshore platforms
3) Maybe more focus can be given to the separation process, as most of the students have basic knowledge of upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas activities from previous courses.

1) I expect to see a lot of confusing separation processes in oil and gas industry. XD

2) I like the way En Farris conveys his messages, where he uses simple words to explain complicated processes. The beginning part on the oil and gas exploration and life cycle helps me to recall the things I learnt in Introduction to Oil and Gas Industry & Sustainable Development course. I get to learn about the structure and mechanism of two and three phase horizontal separators and a bit of exposure to future job prospect.

3) I think the session was good and I like it. Maybe it’s better if the speaker can see the chat box.

1) To gain more knowledge in separation process in oil and gas industry and gain some insight in our future career opportunities

2) I enjoyed the part where En Farris explain about the separator, I learned that there are different types of separator and know how the process goes

3) I agree with Rachel and Moh that the speaker can focus more on the separation process part since we have learn about the fundamental knowledge in oil and gas during year 1; it would be more convenient if the speaker can see the chat box. (maybe need to add sir as participant, only he can see the chat box) Overall, I like the adjunct lecture.

1) introduce some separators that are commonly used in industry nowadays.

2) I like the way En Farris delivered his presentation because most of it are from his own experienced and that make us more excited to know about the Oil and Gas industry. To be honest, I didn't expect that that is some part or special tools that are used in the separation process because I thought it just a matter of feed stream, separation and product. From the presentation, it is shown that there are also some specific methods that need to be considered to get a good production of that particular desired compound.

3. Everything is good. I would to suggest that ,maybe the content of the presentation should focus more on the separation part which is required applying the separation process theory and knowledge and maybe, focus more on which knowledge for a chemist to have if they want to join the Oil and Gas industry.

1) My expectation is that the lecture is gonna introduce about separation processes.

2) En. Farris delivered his lecture very clearly and he also explained about his experiences which makes the lecture more interesting.
3) Just like how Rachel suggested, I think the lecture should be focused more on separation process as most of us already have the basic knowledge about it.

1) I expected that the session to be focused on the oil & gas industry with the various opportunities it can provide in other industrial sectors.

2) The knowledge gained from En. Farris is how separation process influences industries in various sectors especially oil & gas. His experience in working in diff environment enlighten me to understand that the oil& gas sector has many types of works that can be done.

3) I feel that the session was more focused on his experience in the oil sectors compared to the separation process. For example, in this subject we learn more on the graphs, so most probably it will be used in the industry sectors but this course outcomes was not fully covered in the session. There is also a need to allow the speaker to have access to chat box.

overall: Was a good enlightening session.
