  • The person I chose was Idina Menzel. Her boyfriend hooked her up with a Broadway gig that inspired her to fully pursue an acting career.
  • With the help of her friend, she was able to perform in the Broadway show RENT, by Jonathan Larson.
  •  Idina always wanted to become an actor. Her first job was as a wedding and bar/bat mitzvah singer. She later went to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she majored in drama. She then was presented with the opportunity to perform as Maureen Johnson in RENT. People were stunned by her amazing talent. She won the award of Best Featured Actress in a Musical. This helped her start her career as a singer and actress.

Now, one of the highest-paid and most popular rappers in the world, Travis has came a long way. It is amazing how Travis went from a college dropout, to being worth $60 million!
