It is unethical to lie or be dishonest in any sort of way in this type of setting.

Like someone said, disorder would emerge if there was a lack of truth. That’s not something I had originally thought of.

On another note, for ‘experience,’ everyone has to start somewhere. We all would prefer the best of the best, but no one would be on the Supreme Court if experience was key.

You do not have to be the most experienced person is not the leader of supreme court. Change is moderate: good way to put it. necessary change= gay marriage, segregation should be rules on. Change in last= very few cases, president is used, supreme court conservative as a whole. I believe the biggest one would be Trumps travel ban. It affects all different people from different places. America is founded on a melting pot mentality. while we have had travel bans in the past, (i.e. Japanese during world war II). supreme court is ruling on this the leader. Smaller courts are looking up to the decisions that are made by the supreme court. they rule on constitutional questions, whether it is legal or not.

I put truth first because when you´re making such an important decision you cant let other people sway your decisions you have to stay true to what you think is right...
