         <description><![CDATA[<p>Type II diabetes is a condition where a person's body cannot regulate or use sugar as fuel. It is believed that the insulin binds to the receptor, as normally, but the signal is not sent to the cells. This can cause high blood glucose levels, which can eventualy become harmful and cause organ damage.</p>]]></description>
