         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many solutions to solve social media addiction problem. One of these solutions is to distract ourselves in useful things in order to reduce social media addiction. There are many steps to apply this solution . The first step is to convince ourselves to let go of this bad habit.The second step is to spend more time with family and friends. For example, arranging family gatherings and create attractive activities. The third step is to practice different hobbies such as swimming, painting and reading useful books. Finally, open new business and sell wonderful items for people. In conclusion, as a group we have a common thought which is that this solution is the best for Kuwait.          <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the biggest problems nowadays is social media addiction. It’s an important problem because it reduces the real-life communication by using social media applications.That problem has a lot of causes. The first cause is depression because this problem makes the person most of the time alone and isolated from people. The second cause is stress because when people always checking social media, they are constantly switching from one task to another and there are so many things to check out and see so this information will wear out their brains and make them feel stress. Finally the last cause is distraction and drop in productivity because many studies have proven that there are many people who use social Media applications frequently that way it will affect their work and they will consume all their energy and will not spend it on their work.To sum up people should use the internt wisly to avoid all the causes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this world , there are many problems , and of of these problems is the problem of addiction to social media sites . Social media addiction is very dangerous problem . Of course , there are solutions to this problem, and I will now present some solutions . First, occupy our free time with things that benefit us , such us reading and exercising . Secondly , everyone should practice their hobby or everyone try to find what their hobby is , because when everyone discover his hobby, he will not be bored so he will not think to enter social media sites .Third and last solution , allocate a specific time and period to access social media apps , so that the topic does not turn into an addiction . In conclusion , I would like to say that every problem has a solution and that everyone is able to do these solution and of course , we would like to protect society&nbsp; from the danger of social media and reduce addiction to them &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social media addiction has a lot of negative impacts on people’s lives. It is a type of psychological and behavioral dependence on social media platforms that results in acute damage to the performance of individuals in various areas of life for a long time. Many people suffer from this problem especially those who are between 18-and 22 age. There are many kinds of the negative impacts this problem has on people. Firstly, A lack of sleep can happen to people. For example, they are going to sleep late or waking up early in fear of missing an update. Secondly, People may get eye strain because the screens emit radiation that affects the eye. In addition, using the keyboard causes serve hand pain, because of pressing finger tendons when typing on the phone or keyboard. Finally, physical effects begin with obesity for addicts of these sites because they stay for a long time sitting in front of their phone. In my opinion, social media addiction has a big effect on society. It may cause a lack of communication between family members. In conclusion, social media addiction is a serious issue that people should not neglect.</div>]]></description>
