      <description>I never make New Year&#39;s Resolutions; I make goals.  If I don&#39;t meet a certain goal in that calendar year (like scoring in soccer or doing a pull up), it automatically gets rolled over into the next year.  If it does (running a 50 mile race!), then I pick something bigger and better to work on.  I&#39;ve been drafting my plans for 2014 and will be sharing them soon.                                               What realistic, specific goals will you create for 2014?  &lt;3 Mme</description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Running: Run a sub 3:45 marathon.  (Boston: 3:35)</p><p>Triathlon: (Yes I bought a bike) Complete at least 3 sprint triathlons and 2 olympic distance triathlons.</p><p>Other Sports: Do a pull up.  Score a goal in soccer.  Go to yoga once a week.</p><p>Work: Take 6 grad credits to renew my license.  Attain Master Teacher status (actually a thing).  Be innovating.</p><p>Life: Take 2 completely unnecessary classes (Arabic? Biology?).  Travel somewhere amazing. </p>]]></description>
