For leadership skills, with the trust and cooperation given by my groupmates, I have to give them continuous guidance and reminder throughout the business, making sure everything is on track and finally, thinking of ways to ensure we as a group can make sales. 

Next, for entrepreneurship skills, I learn how to make use of E-commerce MDEC to keep track of my sales, implementing social media in business, learn how to applicate the AIDCA model in our business copy writing, and also step-by-step guidance by our lecturer herself, which was very helpful for us in achieving our sales target. 

My position in this company is finance manager cum runner. Since our company are promoting the service ‘personal shopper’, all members are agreed to be the runner. My position as the finance manager included me to manage the company account, is responsible for the budget planning, money flow and providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. This help me to be more organized and improving my communication skills since I need to report to the management.

Customer service II and runner is what I do for my employer. In my capacity as administrator, I interact and communicate with clients. This activity is challenging since it can be challenging to get in touch with the customer when the ordered items are available and merely need to be delivered to the customer's door. However, it's a tonne of fun.
