         <title>Was there a school-wide need to begin with that drove the need for a school culture agreement?  The document does not feel like culture.  It&#39;s like a list of things to do that don&#39;t feel like culture. </title>

         <title>How do we really hold staff accountable?  What does it look like?  It is awkward.  </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Staff does not feel comfortable holding people accountable.  Staff also do not know what other people do in their role and find it difficult to hold others accountable.  For example, calling out someone who isn't in the hallway on duty when that person floats and is just trying to get their stuff together to get to the next class.</div>]]></description>
