What is it about?
It is about calculation of money and resources. So, what you need for a project!  

What is it for (purpose)?
Budget helps controlling and planning the project. It gives clarity and it is needed for implemented the project.

Resources can be people and equipment.

What are the tools that we use to do this?
Estimate cost with different techniques and approaches

What is/are still unclear?
Indirect cost and direct costs. We would like to have more information about this.

What do you still need to know?
How we can calculate our contingency.

Monitoring is a process that keeps an eye on what’s happening during the project and whether or not everything is happening according to plan and if the project is still on track.

Evaluation is looking back on the team performances. This is how you can find out what went good, but also what went bad and how you can improve those things. 

Monitoring and evaluation is important because you notice immediately if something is going wrong/ off track or could be improved. That way you can solve the problem early on.

Tools that we use for monitoring and evaluation can be feedback forms, project workbooks and a work break down structure.

1.The stakeholder analysis is about making sure you know your stakeholders and their needs. By making a stakeholder analysis you can find out how to communicate with your stakeholder and how to handle them.
2. Get to know your stakeholders, Managing and involving stakeholders is all about building trust and managing expectations at every turn.
3. The impact and risk matrix we use to identify the impact and the compatible risk of a certain event within the project planning and initiation face. 
4. If a stakeholder is not a stakeholder but thinks that he/she is, should you still put him/her in stakeholder analysis matrix?

How to effectively look for risks. How to find a good solution without having to change to much of the project plan.
