Monitoring and evaluation:

Monitoring is a process that keeps an eye on what’s happening during the project and whether or not everything is happening according to plan and if the project is still on track.

Evaluation is looking back on the team performances. This is how you can find out what went good, but also what went bad and how you can improve those things.

Monitoring and evaluation is important because you notice immediately if something is going wrong/ off track or could be improved. That way you can solve the problem early on.

Tools that we use for monitoring and evaluation can be feedback forms, project workbooks and a work break down structure.

Deliverables (WBS) 1. What is it about? A work breakdown structure is a key project deliverable that organizes the team's work into manageable sections. 2. What is it for (purpose)? To make clear what your project is about. So you do not forget parts of the project. And so you know when you can start something and when you have to finish something. It is an overall schedule of the whole project, when, where and how. 3. What are the tools we can use to do this? The WBS, mind-map. What is still unclear? What do you still need to know? How many layers it need to has and what should be in which layer.
