Staff use a wide range of resources to cater for students' needs, despite limited budgets.
1. Onsite admin support has been invaluable as it has allowed tutors to focus more on teaching and learning.
1. We have successfully discussed next steps for students in a collaborative way.
1. We successfully embed English and maths in all lessons.
1. We have continued to have a successful EV report from C&G.
1. Staff work well together during assessment sessions throughout the year.
1.  Good utilisation of Moodle & ILT.
1.   Good pastoral care, e.g. students are supported with health and Home Office issues.

2. Short notice cancelling of classes, i.e. for GCSE exams, which has impacted achievement.  In future, better planning and communication is needed.
2. Lack of bridging courses has led to lower level learners being enrolled onto courses they have struggled with. As a response, bridging courses have been timetabled for 2018/19.
2.Some students have withdrawn before completion.  More shorter courses have 
been timetabled for 2018/19. 
2.  Smartboards do not work properly in all classrooms, which has been reported to IT.  Some have been fixed, but others are possibly beyond repair.
2. Furniture that is broken, or taken from rooms by other staff, is not replaced.

Of those who completed the course - the majority achieved. 

2: Large classes with difficult cohorts. A lot of disruptive behaviours - limit classes to 20. Learner disciplinary procedure ineffective for the behaviours exhibited which impacts on learning and teaching. 
E1 only had supply teachers this was disruptive to their learning as the teaching was not to standard and they were unreliable.
