I have helped to summarize them into these bad chauffeuring techniques / habits:

1). Abrupt Braking!

2). Jerkiness due to bad braking techniques!

3). Sudden and unscrupulous lane changing!

4). Reckless speeding, overtaking and lane switching.

5). Poor cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles.

We must avoid all these at all cost!

He helped passenger to carry luggage and open/close the door. These are so called - limousine （专车）we need to pay aboy 20% more. Beside good service and they are not allow to pick up any other passenage during his service. This driven told me his just started his fulltime drveing about 3 months and earn about 8~10K rmb a month (which is around mid income in China).
