One example of food innovation is the indoor garden at epcot. In epcot they have an indoor garden full of many different fruits and vegetables. One of the examples is they have rows of lettuce on a ramp, and what happens is the water goes down the ramp and a half pipe catches it. The water is then carried back up to the top by water flow and used again, speeding up the growing process. 100 percent of what they grow is used in the restaurant n th same building and whatever is not used there is dispersed in and around the park.

Philadelphia, being a very poor place, is home to many less fortunate people that have to find work on the streets. These occupations that they get pay little to no money, making them live a hard life. Some of these people have a bad record in the past, but the PUC still gave them a second chance, allowing them to work in the organization. This has helped people to restart their journey, giving them a fresh start in life, helping others as well. Though the PUC seems like a small foundation, it has brought a larger community of resilient people together.
