     Usually wake up 6 AM, read a book, while drink a coffee. 7AM get out for walk, come back for the home 8AM for take a shower, eat anything because start work at 8:45 AM. Before time I was work in the center of the city, but from march, 2021 I’m work in my home because of pandemia. My work start at 8;45AM and ends 5PM, my breakfast is at 12:30PM-13PM. Later of my work I go gym train bodybuilding. Later of my back the train and take a shower, sometime I cook the dinner or my wife cook the dinner, we have a dinner. Later the dinner I drink a tea while read anything, watch the news in TV or check the social media. Later this I to sleep 9PM or 10PM. This is my routine from Monday to Friday when we aren’t in lockdown, I usually meet my friends Thursday of night for have a dinner and talk, but I can’t now because of the pandemia. In the weekend me and my wife workout in the morning, normally go the beach and eat ‘açaí’ for kill the longing the Brazil. Sunday is day of drink mate while call of video with my family because they live in Brazil. In the evening me and my wife go to the supermarket shopping and organize the home for week.
