Ever since I've known you from the early days in community you have been always been kind, generous and inspiring!  You are always there to catch up on how things are with the family and it is always a joy to hear sharings from you about the Lord and how He is at work in your family and mission.  

You are always so generous with your life in whatever way you can give.  I thank God that you are in our MGWG now so that I am able to hear about how you are doing and to read the things you share on our viber thread.  Your life is a generous outpouring of love for God and others.  You are a true disciple and missionary at heart.

You inspire us all to give of ourselves to others as well!  You have never lost your first love for the Lord and you continue to serve at home and in community and in whatever ways you can.  Thank you for your life of faithful discipleship, leadership and servanthood.  You are a great example to us all!  

God bless you with good health and fruitfulness in all things.  May He bless all your plans with success and grant you the answers to all your prayers.  We celebrate you Kuya Raul!

WOW!  What a Milestone – A Blest and Happy 75th Birthday, Kuya! May our God of bound-less Love and un-fathomable Mercy, lavish His Graces on you!

While praying for you on your Diamond Birthday, this passage came to mind:  Psalm 112. May it be your soul’s delight!

Remember our Strawberry-picking (picture) when you and Ate visited us in Malaysia?  I vividly remember picking some that were whitish and others, deep red; some, rough and some, smooth; while others were small, some were large. But one thing stood out: for as long as they remained in the branch, they bore fruit!  The passage of John 15:5 comes to mind: “I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in Me, and I in him, he will bear much fruit…”

And so it is with you, Kuya. Through the thick and thin, the clear and the unclear, the ups and the downs, you have Remained. And so have borne fruit which we see in Rizza and her family, Nix and her family as well as in the legacy of Hanzel.

Thank you for remaining. And for this the world is a much, much better place. So here’s celebrating YOU at 75!

I remember the first day you welcomed us underway members of Ligaya. There was a welcome party for us, and you said that in our district there was always a yearly theme. The theme when we entered was, “Go with Jesus to Jerusalem, go where you do not want to go.” I thought to myself, who would make a theme like that, but it was exactly what I needed to hear. It showed me that Ligaya was my home, where God had called me, and where He wanted me to be. I was in the right place at the right time. And Kuya Raul, you had always reinforced that for me. With all the talks and formation that followed. You were such an amazing pastoral leader, who served your flock like Jesus! 

Thank you so much for all your kindness through the years, and the amazing example you and ate Hedy set! God bless you and your family always! Hugs!
