         <description><![CDATA[<p>𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬:</p><ol><li><p><strong>One in 6</strong> young people have experienced a major depressive episode.</p></li><li><p>The biggest factors in increasing the risk of developing mental illnesses are <strong>trauma and stress</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Depression </strong>is said to generally affect <strong>women </strong>more often than men.</p></li></ol><p>𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:</p><ol><li><p>I believe mental health impacts people's happiness and grip on reality heavily; much more than we think.</p></li><li><p>I think that once you've experienced a depression episode, you start to look at the world differently, sometimes without even realizing it. Depression never really leaves you. I think of it as a black hole rooted deep within your heart and mind. Some days, the hole is so small you barely notice it's there.
